walkin closet, lobby with fireplace and stairs to the next floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms with two
beds each and wc. You can reach the next floor by an outdoor entryway.
House 2 Guesthouse 25, square meters two rooms with two beds each, pentry with refrigerator,
microwave o sink and fireplace, bathroom and patio.
House 3 Studio/atelje/playroom30 square meters and bedrom with pentry, with refrigerator, sink,
fireplace and patio. An own bathroom in a seperat little house.
All floors are parquet / tiled with underfloor heating. It makes it a comfortably warm in fall and
winter months, and that it is easy to keep clean.

Outside the houses you find garden furniture, beach chairs, grills, summer toys as soccer goal On
