Västvallen is directly across the lake from Lofsdalen village. The farm is beautifully situated on the south side of the valley. High up on a hill with a lovely view of Hovärken, the lake and the entire northern side of Lofsdalen! Beautiful mountain views all year round. Large house with four separate bedrooms, living room, large kitchen, two bathrooms, both with shower. South-facing sun balcony! Private road up to the farm so you can live in peace and quiet without traffic outside the door. The farm is located 100 meters from Lofssjön.

It is 7 minutes by car to Lofsdalen's village center where there is a grocery store, restaurants, shops and refueling facilities.

Alpine skiing:
It is only a nine-minute drive to the ski resort in Lofsdalen. The ski system offers 25 slopes and 9 lifts, 2 chairlifts. The facility offers evening skiing on one of Sweden's longest electrically lit slopes!

Cross-country skiing:
The cross-country ski tracks that take you up to the waffle hut and all the mountains on the south side of the valley pass only 200 meters behind the house! Just strap on your skis outside the door and set off! The trolleys also pass here.

Snowmobilers:
Very good location for snowmobilers! Large parking lot in the yard. Trailers, cars and scooters can fit without problem. 3 minutes by snowmobile from the house to the village center in Lofsdalen. Easy and convenient to get out on the snowmobile trails from the farm.

Cyclists and walkers:
Perfect location with the big investment going on for cyclists and hikers in Lofsdalen! In recent years, several new cycle paths have been built on the southern side of the valley. Stenrutsleden, Wildmarksleden, Pilgrimsleden and Rutvallsleden are examples of new trails. From the house to the start of these trails is about 3 minutes of cycling. There is a major investment in cycling in the whole of Lofsdalen for both mountain biking and downhill. For hikers, the summer path that takes you up to all the mountains starts on the south side 200 meters from the farm.


Directions:
Pass through Lofsdalen. Continue west about 4 km and then turn left onto a gravel road, at the sign "Västvallen 3". Drive about 3 km, then turn right up a hill, you will then come up to the courtyard and you are there.
