Welcom to Sörgården in Stugun

Come and stay at our 19th Century mansion in Stugun, 50 km outside Östersund. A Place for those who long for peace, tranquility and to be close to nature, with a fully serviced village nearby. We are situated alongside the river Indalsälven, surrounded by forest and nestled near Stuguberget, a popular climbing hill. You can reach the top of the hill on surrounding footpaths.

Here you´ll find easy accessible tracks for running and skiing, and forests filled with wild berries to pick just around the corner. Easy boat access for fishing on the river and/or in a forest lake (fishing license required).

Close to the mansion you find a wooden church from the 18th-century with music concerts and a heritage center with a café during summer. It is also within walking distance to the local café, bakery "Lilla bageriet", a grocery store and a petrol station. Buses go to and from the city of Östersund several times a day. Only 7 km to the child friendly lake "Mörtsjön" with a nice beach.

The left wing offers a fully equipped two floor flat that sleeps 4-5 people with the possibility of extra beds. It has two bedrooms, a combined livingroom/bedroom, kitchen, shower, wc, TV.

The right wing offers a fully equipped two floor cottage with two bedrooms, combined leisure room/beedrom, kitchen, shower, wc, washing machine, TV. Sleeps 5 people with the possibility of extra beds.

You are welcome to visit all year round. The accomodation is self catering. Final cleaning are included. Bed linen and towels require a small fee.
