The house is situated in Tången, a small white painted west coast community app. 500 meters northeast of Mollosund. Bathrobe distance (200 m) to the private jetties of the community with sauna and a small sandy beach. The house was built in 2007 and is in mint condition with hardwood floors, recessed spotlights and 3 fully tiled bathrooms with shower and toilet. The house consists of three floors totaling 145 sqm, terrace to the west with large jaccuzzi, parking spaces, 8 beds. All amenities such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, fire place and TV’s.

Layout:
• Main floor, entrance hall, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen / dining / living room in open plan kitchen (dining area with 6 chairs), as well as access to a terrace facing west.
• Upper level large master bedroom with balcony to the west, two separate rooms with a pull-out bed in each room, tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
• Lower floor two separate bedrooms, one with large double bed and a bedroom with a single bed. TV room with sofa bed, fully tiled bathroom with shower and WC.
