Central Borgholm, close to the sea

Very nice location on Villagatan in Borgholm. 100 meters from the sea, centrally located between Slottsskogens beautiful nature reserve and the harbor. Close to beach, Strand Hotell, entertainment, restaurants and sports and tennis courts. Right outside the door you have amazing walking and running possibilities, and the centrum is five minutes away walking. Nice and lush street. Large child-friendly garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue, playhouse, lawns and possibility to sit separately.

The villa is two-story with two separate apartments. The lower floor in the villa is for rent. There are sea views in one of the rooms as well as in the hall. The floorplan is spacious and light with two bedrooms and a kitchen, as well as a living room. In total there are 8 beds, 3 in the master bedroom (1 double + 1 single bed), a double bed in the smaller bedroom, 1 bed in the living room, and 2 beds in a cottage in the garden (the cottage has electricity but no kitchen or toilet). The ground floor has a bathroom with toilet, while the shower and washing machine is in the basement.

Maximum 6 people including children on the ground floor, and max 2 people including children in the cottage, adding up to 8 people in total. We do not rent to young people without adult company. During the summer, the villa is rented mainly weekly or for longer periods, with check in /out on Saturdays

Barbecue, garden furniture, a house in the garden for larger dinners (see picture), play house for children and large lawn.

Bring your own bed linen and bath towels. Kitchen towels and small towels are provided, as well as toilet paper, soap, detergent and cleaning equipment.
