A lovely house in wonderful surroundings . Forest just outside the site boundary , sjöglimt and 30 minutes to downtown Stockholm. A few minutes walk down to both cliffs and sandy beach. 5 min drive to center of Gustavsberg . There is a well stocked supermarket , but also liquor store, eateries, bakeries etc. Just a few minutes , you have two major shopping mall with shops for all purposes.
Larger beaches are 15 minutes drive away.

The house itself is modern and has all the facilities. The plot is 1600 sq m .
The garden include a large trampoline and swing. In the house live two children aged 5 and 7 years, if desired , there is access to the various toys .
Lovely exterior surfaces, berry picking , surroundings to discover. You can take a boat from here to Stockholm , about 50 minutes, and you can also take the boat over to Vaxholm .
