Cottage in Mellbystrand

A cosy cottage, with Wi-Fi, in lovely Mellbystrand, close to nature, sun & bathing (about 900meters walk to the beach). The garden is enclosed by a fence, and is located in a quiet area.

The cottage is 68m2, has 4 rooms and a kitchen. Three bedrooms with six beds in total.
- A master bedroom with a double bed
- One with a bunk bed
- One with family bunk bed (120 + 90cm), which also has its own door out to the patio.

Kitchen with refrigerator / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and oven. Seating for two with a view of the garden.

Bathroom with toilet, shower, heated towel-railing and washing machine.

Living room with dining table, sofa, TV/Chromecast for your own streaming and DVD. There is no terrestrial antenna connected. There is also a fireplace for cosy indoor evenings. Firewood is not included.

Decking around half the house provides both sun and shade for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A BBQ is available.

Nearby you can find:
- ICA Maxi, 1.4km walk or by bike, or 2km by car
- Nice cycle path to Båstad (12km to the harbour)
- Shops, restaurants, heated pool and minigolf in Mellbystrand / Skummeslövsstrand.
- Paths for running are available both in Mellbystrand and Skummeslövstrand.
- For those interested in golf there are golf courses in Laholm, Halmstad and Båstad. There is a pay & play in Mellbystrand.
- Hiking area Hjörnered with possibilities for canoe rentals is circa 22km away.

Distance by car to Laholm (10min), Båstad (15min) and Halmstad (20min).

The cottage is available to rent by a responsible family consisting of a maximum of 6 people (adults and children). If you want to rent the cottage, please email us including a short description of yourselves and when you want to rent it.

The cottage is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Bed linen and cleaning are not included in the price.

Check-in on Saturdays no earlier than 15:00 (3pm)
Check-out on Saturdays no later than 11:00 (11am)
