Located in a beautiful recreational area surrounded by granite hills and meadows. Close to popular spots for swimming off rocks and a small sandy beach. Direct access to scenic walking and cycling along the coast. The area is located about 5km southwest of Hamburgsund, a small harbour town with a well stocked supermarket, fishmonger, ice cream factory with café, restaurants and shops. It is about 12km to Fjällbacka.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, lounge, double bedroom, WC and a hallway. A steep staircase leads to the upper floor, which has a sloping ceiling. There is a safety gate available for the top of the stairs. Upstairs there is one bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a sofa bed for two, and a door to the balcony. Adjacent to the living room there is an alcove with a bed. There is a sink on the second floor. Shower, sauna and washing machine in the basement, accessed through a separate entrance. There is also a small west-facing patio with a sea view.
For rent weekly, Sunday-Sunday.
No smoking indoors.
Bed linen and towels are not included.

Directions:
The house is located about 30 minutes drive from junction 103 of the E6 motorway, 1 1/2 hours north of Gothenburg. The turning from the local road is signposted "Gotte-Lars Stuga" and there is a parking space in front of the red barn before you reach the house.
