Summer House near the sea in Hollviken

Location and surroundings,
A charming yet simple and genuine summerhouse (hence great value for money).
Perfectly situated within walking distance to Höllvikens beautiful white sandy beach and ice cream shop and nice restaurants in the surrounding area. There is a Food store - Konsum and Toppen shopping centre with Chemist, Systembolag, Burger King etc.

Ice cream shop, mini golf and buss stop 100m from the house with bus into central Höllviken. Excellent commute from Höllviken centre to Malmö, Skanör, Falsterbo, Hyllie with train connections to Copenhagen and airport. Travel time from Höllviken centre approx, buss/train 35mins/45mins.

If you like to play golf there is Ljunghusens GK (ca 3 km) and Falsterbo GK (9km).

The Summer House,
Ground floor - cosy indoor veranda, front room/dining room, TV room with two single beds that can either be used as sleeping and/or cosy TV corner, kitchen and a small bathroom (toilet and sink). A lovely and secluded outdoor shower with warm water.

First Floor - 2 sleeping areas with 4 beds (two in each).

House re-wired throughout in 2015. There is no central heating. If needed there will be a electrical radiator that you can use.

Outside - Secluded wild summer garden with gates at the front and back.

There are two outdoor areas with table and chairs, one of them with a marquee at the front of the house and a cosy decking area on the other side of the house with a big umbrella and two deck chairs for lounging.

BBQ for outdoor use.

High chair and travel cot for baby and toddler.

Directions:
Höllviken is about 30-45mins by car from Copenhagen airport. There are also great train connections from the airport to Hyllie (first stop after Copenhagen airport in Sweden). At Hyllie you can take bus 300 to Höllviken centre. Car is not needed. You can easily get around by bike. There is a bike shop in the centre for bike hire and possibility of using our bikes but deposit need to be paid.
