Summer house in Hällevik

The house is situated on a quiet street right up from the harbor. There are two houses on the site, the one that we let and one that we have at our disposal.

The house to let is 80 square meters, with kitchen, living room and bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. One bedroom (two beds) has a door to it, the other area for sleeping is a living room space with three beds and two folding beds. When you climb the stairs you first enter into the area with the three beds and then you find the bedroom to the left.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster
Bathroom with shower and washer
Living room: dining table, couch, armchair, television
Second floor as described above.

Sheets and towels are not included in rent.
Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors.

You get access to the house from 2 p.m. the day of rent (Saturday) and departure is 12 noon at the latest the day the renting period ends.

No. 1 is our houses and no. 2 is the grocery store open all week. No. 3 is the sandy beach approximately 600 m away. There are also a couple of restaurants, a store where you can buy fresh and smoked fish including Swedish pickled herring. Within walking distance there is a nature reserve with nice trails for walking and running.
