Nice apartment with mountain view in Bruksvallarna

The apartment is the left one of the two apartments in our twin-house built 2008. The house is situated south-west and high up in Björkliden, Bruksvallarna, in the Swedish mountains. You will have a wonderful view over the valley and the closest mountains from the apartment.
The left side apartment is available for you. It has 100 square meters and 8+1 beds. The ground floor has a generous entrance-hall, 2 bedrooms and wc with shower, sauna and washing machine. The top floor has 1 bedroom, wc/shower and a combined well-equipped kitchen and living room with a table for 8-10 persons and beautiful views from the windows. The living-room area has TV, DVD-player and a warming stove with firewood for free. The entrance-hall and the shower-rooms has heated floor. Two childbeds and one baby-seat are available. Free wifi as well.

In the village Bruksvallarna you will find a good supermarket, smokehouse with local meat and fish, bakery, shop with local cheese, gas-station and places to rent skis and snow-mobile.

In summertime you can bike well organised MTB-tracks. Some easier, some more challenging. You can also play golf (one 18- and one 9-hole course), walk or run in the mountains, fishing, swim in the river and in autumn, pick berries and mushrooms. In the winter, that starts in late October here, The NordicSki-system with 300 kilometers of well-prepared ski-tracks in the valleys as well as up on the the open mountains, is available just outside the house. Bruksvallarna is the "center" of the system. Its an eldorado for cross-country skiers from October to May. We are part of BRa, that gives "snow guarantee" from mid October. You can find excellent downhill-skiing at many different places in the area, as Ramundberget, Funäsdalen, Kappruet and Tänndalen.
The tracks for snowmobiles start outside our house.


Directions:
After you reach the village Bruksvallarna you pass the gas station and 300 meters later you take right in to the local area "Björkliden". Follow the "Myhr road" some hundred meters up to Falktjärnsvägen. Our house, Falktjärnsvägen 13, is the last one on the left side.
