Lovely cottage for rent in the summer from May to October! One of Solumshamn's and the High Coast's finest locations-little Villa Mare!!
Solumshamn is a former fishing village 6 km outside Härnösand on Härnön's southern side. Close to the forest, jetty, beach and with a large balcony facing the sea. You come to Solumshamn for peace and quiet, no TV and no wifi, 4G is available though. The idea is that here you should enjoy the peace, read, write, yoga, fish, swim and spend time with loved ones.
Solumshamn is a small village with around 40 permanent households that come alive in June, July and August when the summer guests arrive. 5 minutes drive to the city center.
In the surroundings there are many beautiful bays, cliffs and beaches to discover on foot or by boat.
White older cottage with Greek blue details, creaky floor and lots of charm, decorated in Mediterranean style. Dining room/living room with sea view and fireplace. A bedroom with a double bed, spring mattresses and a patio door facing the sea, a bedroom inside the living room with a bunk bed and a desk.
In the loft there are two beds + 2 extra mattresses. Steep loft stairs up.

A total of 6 beds in the cabin + 2 single foam rubber mattresses in the loft. Small kitchen with electricity and wood stove. Refrigerator with smaller freezer compartment. Microwave oven.
Bathroom/wc with shower cubicle.
Friggebod by the beach with 2 beds in a bunk bed.

The plot reaches down to the waterside. Larger shared beach is within walking distance further down in the village. Bathing pier 2 min walk. Pets not allowed.

Sheets are not included. You leave the cabin as you find it, cleaned and nice - otherwise a cleaning fee will be invoiced afterwards.
For rent weekly between May and August. Also weekends/day September, October, April, May.
Weekly price high season July SEK 9,000.
June SEK 8000/week, July 9000/week, August price SEK 8000/7000/6000 and September SEK 5000/week.

Weekend price Thursday-Sunday May & September SEK 3,500
Weekend June SEK 4,000.
Midsummer Thu-Sun SEK 6,000.

Bookings and inquiries preferably via email. Alternatively text 070-32567898. The cabin was quickly fully booked in the summer of 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, so don't hesitate if you wish to book a week or more in the summer of 2024.

Half price for week 2 you book, however, does not apply to July.
