Very nice location with a view over lake Åresjön, Renfjället and Åreskutan. Near the slope towards Åre´s lift system/Skistar, skiing all the way back to the cottage.

Very suitable for families and companies. Near Copperhill Spa hotel, where many large conferences are held. Groups can cook and eat together on the mid- or upper floor. About 12 persons can be seated on the upper floor. 8 people around the dining table on the mid floor.

Björnen´s ski area is connected to the Åre lift system. Family friendly area with nice children slopes and walking distance to Björnen centre with restaurants, grocery store, cross-country tracks, dog team, ski rental, ski school etc.
During summer, it is close to mountain hiking, cycling/downhill, fishing, golf and many other activities.

Free wireless Wi-Fi-network in the house.

The upper floor:

South-facing balcony with a view of Lake Åresjön. This floor is more exclusively furnished, completely renovated in 2015.

Mid floor:

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, micro. Dining table for 8 persons. Bathroom/WC, sauna. Large south-facing balcony with a view of Lake Åresjön. Renovated in 2015.

Ground floor:
Circa 50m².
Two bedrooms with bunk beds (bottom bunk 120cm. wide) = a total of 4 berths.
All-purpose room with a smaller sofa, small TV.
Pantry with two cooking hobs, fridge, ice box, micro, no oven.
Shower/WC, washing machine. South-facing spacious patio.

The house has a parking space with room for 1 car/floor or approx. 4 cars in total.

When renting the whole house, the mid floor and the ground floor, the hot tub/outdoor spa is bookable.

Non-smoking.
Pets are welcome but we wish that they are not sleeping on the beds or furniture.
Rented to guests over the age of 25 years old.
Bed linen, towels are not included. Pillows and duvets are available.

Also available to rent long term, to companies, workers, price after agreement.

The tenant is responsible for the cleaning and throwing away household rubbish when moving out. Cleaning can be purchased, but the tenant must do the rough cleaning i.e. empty the fridge/freezer and throw away household rubbish.
