Welcome to the small village of Häggetorp, a rural idyll about 3 miles outside the town Linköping. Surrounded by a spacious and very child-friendly garden with a tree house for the children in the big oak in the yard.

The house is ideal for a peaceful holiday during spring, summer and autumn. The house is equipped with heating/ Air conditioning. Rural environment with horses, hens and fresh honey for sale next door.

Nearby, a wide range of activities and services you could wish for from the city of Linköping with restaurants and amusement, bike trails, bird sanctuaries, hiking trails. The Famous Göta Canal, golf, swimming, horse riding and much more, all in harmony with an amazing nature. Several bating spots and lakes in the immediate area and the nearest bathing spot is within walking distance of the house about 1.5 km. Larger beach is available at Sandviks campsite .

The house has 6 +2 beds on two floors. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, stove and oven, as well as working wood burning iron stove. Newly renovated bathroom with shower, heating and laundry machine. Bed linen / linen and towels are available for rent. Bikes are available for rent if required.
In the associated barn / guesthouse there is a indoor play room for rainy days. In the garden a trampoline and a soccer field on the large lawn at the back of the house.

In the small town Berg there are grocery stores, hairdressers, restaurants, cafes, mini golf course, all located around Göta Canal. In Berg there are beautiful environments with walking and cycling routes, including a bike path right into Linköping. On Göta Canal and Lake Roxen you can take a boat trip. Vreta Kloster Golf Club and Heda Riding Club are nearby a few kilometers away from the house.

Linköping is a mid-size full-service town with University, great shopping, museums, historic sites and activities for children. Linköping Train Station connects to larger parts of the country as does as the main bus station located in central Linköping.

Skavsta Airport (international) is reached within 1,5 hours by car.
Kolmårdens zoo is just over an hour away and Astrid Lindgrens world it is about 12 miles away. Vadstena Castle is reached by car in about 1 hour.
