Öland Sandvik near the Sea and swimming for rent

Welcome to our summer house with wonderful sea view at the coast idyllic place Sandvik in northern Öland (28km north of Borgholm)
The house is located on a corner plot near the area Allvaret and Kalmarsund. Put on your robe and 200 metres later you are at the swimming spot.
Magical sunsets, morning dips at the inlet, lazy days at the beach, bicycle and walking along the area Allvaret and its crisp limestone coast is a must to experience.
If you don’t feel like cooking, there are three restaurants, a pizza place and coffee shops within walking distance. Also an ICA supermarket, an ice cream bar, miniature golf, guest marina, nature reserve etc. all within walking distance.
Golf course, go-cart track, an ostrich farm, camel riding, a playground within 10 – 20Km.
Back at the house feel free to relax on a sun bed, at the patios, barbeque or play a board game, or just hang out.
The house is of 76m². A spacious all-purpose room with kitchen. The all-purpose room has a bay window towards the area Allvaret and Kalmarsund with the national park Blå Jungfrun. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Shower and WC, washing machine. Carport. Four adult bicycles available. Guest house- with two berths, a trinette kitchen, shower and WC available at the ground plot.
The guest house is available to rent for a fee of SEK 2,000/week.

Directions:
At exit Sandvik circa 28km north of Borgholm, turn left. At Sandviks kvarn turn left towards the port, follow the road Hamngatan along the port to the first four ways crossing, continue straight forward onto Blåeldsvägen, it is the first house on your right hand side.
