Unique limestone 18th century house in Gotland

Tomase is an idyllic retreat in a peaceful and beautiful setting. A spacious and well-equipped 18th century villa - built meticulously according to local custom and tradition of Gotland, and restored in the year 2000. Includes several stoned terraces, adjacent to a small vineyard and nature reserve.

It is an ideal spot for a multiple family vacation, a family with children, or vacationing with three generations. Perfect for a larger birthday getaway celebration.

The rooms on the lower floor consist of one general living room with an open fireplace adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen in turn is well-equipped an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave oven and a washing machine for clothes. There is one large bedroom here with the option of additional beds.

On the second floor there is a TV living room and three bedrooms, one of them larger in size. There are bathrooms on both floors of the house, where the one on the lower floor includes a shower and the upper bathroom includes a bathtub.

All in all the four bedrooms are furnished for 10 people, but can optionally be made to accomodate more. Two bedrooms (the larger ones, one on each of the two floors) have twin beds and one of them also have a bunk bed for two. The two other bedrooms on the second floor have two beds each (that may be placed next to each other or apart).

The large garden stretches over 5000 square metres with several sets of garden furniture. There are two terraces, one on either side of the house (allowing for both morning and evening sun, which both enjoy during the day) and one of them also has a barbeque.

The house is equipped with high-speed wifi internet, and cable television.
The house is located merely one kilometer or so from the Sundre church, and only two kilometers or so from the sea (with several different beach options easily accessible by car, bicycle, or even by walking).

Towels and bed linen may be rented as an optional extra. A 2000 SEK charge for cleaning will be added to the cost of rental.

Directions:
Main road from Burgsvik to Hoburgen. Pass Sundre church, turn first to the right. Then after 300 meters Tomase are situated on the right.
