Fully equipped cottage beautifully located by a large lake. Peaceful and private location. Rented June - September.

Location: Sunnansjö, Vindeln´s county about 25km from Bjurholm, 5km to Skivsjö with a small, assorted grocery.

Description: Cottage with patio towards the lake, two bedrooms with double beds, kitchen with fridge and ice box, toilet with wash basin. Two spare mattresses available.
Shower and washing machine available in the service house situated within 50 mts from the cottage.

Boat and barbeque available to lend.

Bed linen is not included but available to rent together with towels for a fee of SEK 100 per person. Sleeping bags are NOT permitted in the beds.

Pets and smoking are not permitted inside the cottage.

Prices: SEK 700 per night. SEK 4,200 per week.
Rooms are also available to rent in the service house SEK 300 per night.

Road description:
Drive from Umeå towards Bjurholm road 92. Take right towards Lillarmsjö. Continue straight until Lake Skivsjön is visible on your left. The cottages are the first on your right-hand side. 75km from Umeå.

My parents, my aunt and me stayed in this lovely cabin for a week this summer. It has everything we could wish for and is beautifully located next to a lake, where we spent many hours on the pier, or cooled off after sauna. The hosts, Helena and Ronny are wonderful. They are easy to talk to and very helpful with any question we had. Even now, a couple of weeks later, we all think fondly of our stay there, and would without hesitation go back instantly. Looking forward to the next time.

Min man och jag hyrde stugan (som har allt man behöver) senast 2-9/7 2023. Innan har vi flera gånger tidigare njutit av att vara i Sunnansjö med omnejd. Den ligger så vackert vid sjön med en fin brygga och naturen in på knuten. Solnedgången över sjön går bara inte att beskriva. Många fina utflyktsmål finns inom rimliga gränser, fiske och bad i sjön. Värdparet är trevliga och tillmötesgående och gör allt för att du ska trivas. Vi ger dem och stugan de bästa rekommendationer och återvänder mer än gärna ett annat år. Inger o Kenneth P.

We really loved this place. The cottage is well equipped and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. The view over the lake is great and the location is nice and quiet. We can really recommend the house.

Vi hyrde stugan v.29 2022 och är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Stugvärdarna Ronny och Helena var jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma om vi undrade över något. Vi fick låna båten och fiskade abborrar som vi rökte😋 och hade sköna stunder på bryggan i solen 🌞 Gjorde härliga utflykter både i närområdet och längre bort. Utsikten från stugan över sjön var fantastisk och på kvällarna kunde vi njuta av vackra solnedgångar. Vi rekommenderar varmt denna stuga! Anne och Janne Klingstedt

This cabin is very comfortable with a great view over the lake. Several options for both cycle or walking tours. Or just relax by fishing or take a sauna and swim. Both Helena and Ronny are great hosts and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this cabin to everyone.
