Welcome to Solkroken, spacious and open planning between lovely kitchen and living room. Private and lush adult garden with a large terrace. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms with bath tub/shower and utility room. 10 minutes by car to the city centre going one way together with 10 minutes to the archipelago going the other way. In the area, several swimming spots, both in the sea and in lake just within 5 minutes walk. Near shops, off licence shop, pharmacy and several supermarkets. At the ground plot there is a large terrace with a lounge area and dining area for at least 10 persons, a trampoline, good parking possibilities together with a “barbeque cottage” with its own large dining furniture. Bedroom 1 bed of 180cm. Bedroom 2 bed of 140cm. Bedrooms 3 bed of 120cm.

I felt very welcome. Cecilia is a very open, friendly and caring person. She provided a beautiful, spacious and comfortable home and made sure I had all important and necessary information. Excellent area, very quiet, lots of nature and still close to a beautiful lake and the ocean.
