Cottage located on northern part of Orust – a site

5 bed accommodation at Töllås, Orust for rental. The cottage has been renovated spring 2018 with a new kitchen and new shower and WC. Living area is about 72 m2.
The house has an open plan: the kitchen, the living room and the dining area are in a single space. From the dining area towards the west there is an enchanting view over the sea through the panorama windows. The kitchen includes dishwasher, induction cooker, new oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, and a coffee brewer.
There is a fireplace with fitted cassette in the living room area.
The sleeping area contains three separate bedrooms: a master bedroom with 180cm bed, a bedroom with two 90cm beds atop each other, and a third bedroom with 130cm bed.
The cottage has separate shower area and WC.
Towards east there is a large porch lit by a morning sun. In the garden yard there is garden furniture and a grill.
The property area is 1600 m2. It is situated about 35m above sea level.
Walking distance to the sea shore is about 5 min. There is a summer café and a farm shop nearby (5 min walking distance) at a local sheep farm, see fargard.se
Distance to Henån is 9km. In Henån there are shops, liquor store (Systembolaget), bank office and restaurants. Distance to a large shopping mall at Torp is about 19km. Töllås is situated about 85km north of Göteborg.
The tenant ought to clean the cottage before departure. The cleaning can be ordered at an extra charge of 700Skr/week.
