Wonderful newly built timber house up at the three line with a magical view over Drommen and the beautiful mountains. The slope is in a direct connection to the house where you quickly reach Bydalen or Höglekardalen.

This is a modern house built of full timber with very high standards regarding comfort and choice of material. The living area is about 240m² divided on two levels plus a loft.

There are 5 bedrooms, two with double beds, one with single beds (can be pulled together) and two rooms with bunk beds.
On the entrance floor there is a large hallway, a separate boot room, a lovely kitchen with a large kitchen island and room for everyone around the table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer/wine cooler, oven/induction hob/micro, dishwasher, coffee percolator/Nespresso/electric kettle, toaster etc. The living room has a wonderful open fireplace and 5 mts in ceiling height and a magical view over the mountains. There are also 3 bedrooms and access to the terraces together with bathroom with shower, his and hers wash basin and a WC. There is garden furniture, a kettle grill and a large Murrikka (large frying pan for outside use) on the terrasse.
On the ground floor there is a large TV room with a 55-inch TV and Xbox, work space together with a lovely fireplace. There are also two bedrooms and a utility room, washing machine, tumble dryer and a drying cabinet. In the large bathroom/relaxation room is a separate toilet, a wonderful sauna and a spa bath right outside the door. Downstairs is also a shed for ski waxing.
At the loft there are an additional 2 single beds and a sofa bed for 2 persons (130 berth). There is also a pool table.
