Beautifully situated house 10 mins from Stockholm

Very nice house, beautifully situated next to a lake, only 10 minutes by car or bus to Stockholm, and about 10 minutes to the archipelago boats, by bus or car.

The house is situated in a calm street close to nature with hiking paths and bathing possibilities in the sea, and with a view over a lake with a little beach and a walking path and a floating stage for the kids to jump from.

The house is close to a shopping centre with a wine shop and a lot of clothing stores and restaurants, and walking distance to food stores.

The house is 190+50 square metres, it has 4 bedrooms with sleeping possibilities for 5-7 persons. The master bed room has a double bed, the other rooms has 3 single beds.

There is a large room in the basement with a big sofa where about 10 persons can sit. There is also a possibility for 2 persons to sleep here. In this room there is a 65’’tv and a Xbox One tv consol with games.
In the living room there is a 40’’ tv, a sofa and an exit to one of the terraces.
The kitchen is large and modern, with a dishwasher, fridge/cooler, 2 ovens, induction cook top, microwave oven, household utensils for about 10 people. The kitchen has an exit towards a terrace where about 5 people can sit, and also an exit to the garden where there is an even larger terrace with a grill and table and seats for 10-12 people to sit. From the garden you can see the lake. There is also a little pond in the garden.

The garden is child friendly, and there is also a trampoline.

On the second floor , next to 3 of the bed rooms there is an exit to a big roof terrace with a lounge and a view over the lake.

There are 2 bath rooms, one on the second floor with shower and bath tub, the other one on the first floor, with a shower.
In the basement there is also a laundry room and a sauna with a shower.

Parking possibilities for 2 cars in front of the house.

There is a cat that lives in the house, so there is a possibility to be a cat guard while staying in the house.
