COZY 5-BEDROOM HAPPY HOUSE WITH SECRET GARDEN

WELCOME HOME to Byvägen!
Only a 15-minute drive from the buzz of the capital you find this cozy 5-bed room house with two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathdtub ), a cozy fireplace and a little private secret garden. This is the perfect place if you are a family visiting beautiful Stockholm, but want the convenience of your own kitchen and livingroom, as well as a private little garden.

In the secret garden surrounding our apple tree (feel free to pick the apples!) , you can enjoy a BBQ dinner in the sunset, or have a glass of wine in the sofa lounge corner. In the morning you can have your first coffee in one of the sunbeds, or why not try a morning yoga under the apple tree?

THE HAPPY HOUSE
This little happy house is designed to make you feel right at home, whether you enjoy a movie night in the livingroom sofa by the fire place, or if you cook a big family dinner in the fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen has a microwave, induction stove, oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, waffle grid, smoothie mixer, fridge and freezer waiting for you, as well as a small cozy sofa corner for a more intimate meal.

The joint livingroom has a big dining table for up to 10 people as well as a big corner sofa with a TV.
From the livingroom you reach the little garden, as well as the master bedroom

The master bedroom has a comfortable Queen Size bed with hotel pillows and a joint office/guestroom with yet another door to the garden.

At the other end of the house you find three smaller bedrooms, each with a 120 cm bed and a desk (or make up table if you prefer… as teen daughters do…). Two of them also has a TV.

The house also has 2 bathrooms and toilets, one with a shower and one with a bathtub for you own spa night at home.The house has Wifi and 2 Smart-TV and a laundry room at your disposal (but who wants to do laundry on the vacation anyway…?!).It’s also good to know that from time to time the cat Maya lives here, in case you are allergic.

SURROUNDINGS
The happy house is situated in green surroundings with lots of green fields, woods, walking trails, out door gyms, playgrounds and soccer fields, in an family oriented area called Ella gård.

If you want to enjoy an evening swim in the sunset there are two lakes within a 5-minute drive, with beaches and playgrounds, as well as more private swimplaces.
You have two food stores (Lidl and Ica) only a 3 minute walk from home.
But you are also only 2 km (3 minute by car) from one of Swedens largest shopping malls, Westfield Täby Centum, with shops, restaurants, cafés and a movie theatre.
You also have several Golf courses and a newly built swimming hall near by, great for kids!

TÄBY COMMUTE
Täby is a green, safe, suburb a 15-minute drive north from the capital Stockholm.
It is also an easy commute if you want to skip the car, just take the red metroline to Mörby and hop on bus 611, 613 (to bus stop Rostock) or 604 (bus stop Enhagsslingan) right outside the shopping centre.

You can also take the train Roslagsbanan to Tibble or Roslagsnäsby, and walk 1 km home. The train takes 12–15 minutes depending on traffic and the station in the city is Metro Tekniska Högskolan/Östra Station.
