Newly renovated cottage close to the sea

Welcome to rent our newly renovated cottage half an hour south of Visby.

The cottage is located in a forest glade, a few hundred meters from the sea and 3 km from Klintehamn where there are shops, cafes and restaurants. There are plenty of swimming opportunities along the coast (the sandy beach Björkhaga nearest about 500m away), and a newly built cycle path in a north-south direction makes it easy to transport without a car. There is also a bus stop about 200 m from the cottage where the bus to Visby runs regularly.

The cottage is newly renovated and has two bedrooms. In one room there are two single beds and in the other room there is a double bed (180cm raised). There is also the possibility of a cot if desired. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher. The dining area overlooks the garden.
In the living area (open floor plan) there is a TV and a lot of DVD movies. Wifi is included and you can easily connect the TV to your own "play" service if desired.
The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink and washing machine.
A generous conservatory with light from two sides invites to relaxing moments in the furniture and with direct access to the large wooden deck. All this is topped off with an air conditioner for real hot days or an air heat pump for cool days.

The plot is beautifully situated so the location is quiet and private. The garden is large and outdoor furniture and barbecue are available. Opportunity to park is right next to the house. Cottage change during high season takes place on Mondays
