Cosy croft in scenic surroundings

By Kölingsholm Gård in Kölingared, this little cosy croft is located, surrounded by natural pastures and oaks.

Two rooms and kitchen with sleeping loft. All tiled toilet with shower and floor heating. The kitchen is of a smaller scale but well equipped for cooking/baking! One bedroom with a double bed (queen size) and two single beds (105 cm wide) at the loft. In the all-purpose room is an open fireplace and room for everyone in the sofa together with dining table and chairs. A hallway and a small side entrance (with floor heating) with access to the back.

At the back there is a stone paved patio with garden furniture, a kettle barbeque and two sunbeds.

In the croft there is a TV and a set of VHS movies with classics for both adults and children, various boardgames, and books, block, and croquet. TV with HDMI access and a built in Chrome cast. Free Wi-Fi!

The small village Kölingared has a lot to offer from forest, nature, and Swedish countryside. Here is also several lakes fro both fishing and swimming.

A few kilometres from the croft is Årås Kvarn and Säteri which is well worth a visit. See more information on our website: as well as on Instagram/Facebook @araskvarn . From Årås Kvarn is also the well visited hiking trail Vildmarksleden starting if you would like to go for a hike.

In Kölingared is the ice cream factory Glassfabriken which makes their own ice cream from genuine material and fantasy. Have also won awards for their sorbet! Opening hours, see Facebook: @ejfarm
