Older cottage, modernly equipped, with a good location on northern Öland. The cottage is 50 sqm and consists of 2 rooms and a kitchen. One bedroom with double bed and a living room with sofa bed. TV and Apple-TV. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, soda stream, fridge and freezer, as well as a toilet with shower and washing machine.

1 km to rock bath, sand beach and "downtown" Byxelkrok where there is shopping, several restaurants and a grocery store.

Also close to Neptuni Åkrar, Homrevet, Trollskogen, Lyckesand and Böda Sand with long white beaches and clear water.

Nine-hole golf course is a few hundred meters away, as well as paddle.

We live here ourselves, and our house is very close to the rental cottage, but we always try to protect privacy and to not disturb unnecessarily. Also good to know is that we have a Golden Retriever who often rest in the garden, he is the kindest in the world, but if you do not like dogs or are afraid of dogs, this object is not suitable for you.
