Cosy house in Hästveda with large garden

I have a nice house in Hästveda, a beautiful summer village in northern Skåne. Ever since I was a little boy I wanted a summer place up here.
This is a cozy house with a large garden at the edge of lovely rural setting. It is 5 minutes to Lilla sjön where you can walk or exercise and fish without a fishing license. By car or bicycle, it takes just under a quarter of an hour to Lursjön, where you can swim, fish, paddle, grill and have a good time. In late summer / early autumn there are many nice places for mushroom picking. In Hästveda there is also a very beautiful local community association and museum. Here there is something for everyone. Anyone who likes to walk in the woods will find it just around the corner. Anyone who enjoys swimming and fishing can do so in the lakes. Anyone who likes to walk in northern Skåne countryside can follow the old embankment where the trains used to go to Osby. Anyone who enjoys staying in a lovely garden with many fruit trees and wonderful lawn, sunbathing and grilling, celebrating parties or just relaxing in a quiet and peaceful village can do so in the house. Here is a place for play, socializing and memories.

The house dates from 1870 when an ancestor of those who sold the house built a house for himself and his family. This was the first house in the area. Even into the 1960s, there were only three houses in the area and the street outside got its name from the ancestor who built the house. He was something called a "lastare", "loader" in eglish. In the house there are two double beds, a single bed and a sofa bed with space for two. The sofa in the living room can also be used. There is also a conservatory for those who admire the garden. The living room is large with a large sofa and electric stove. In "The King's Room", which has now been given many names ("The Red Room", "The Snaps Room", "The Old Room"), I have preserved the authentic and beautiful Swedish folk style. The kitchen has everything a modern kitchen needs, dishwasher, large oven, stove, refrigerator and a large dining table for 6 people. The bedrooms are warm in winter and cool in summer.

For those who travel by car, there is plenty of parking on the site and for those who travel by train to Hästveda, it is less than 200 meters to the house from the train station. If you have an electric car or charging hybrid, it can be charged outside the garage.
