Beautiful school by the sea

Vik is the oldest fishing village along the Österlen coast and most of its 19th century houses
are very well preserved. It's a peaceful and tranquil little village, and the surrounding nature
with green hills and long sandy shores is a striking beauty.

In the former school section of the house, there is now a modern apartment divided into
two floors, forming a total of about 120 square meters.

The bottom floor has an open floor plan with 70 square meters and five large windows. The
view towards the little port and the sea is very beautiful. There is a pleasant dining area and
a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a freezer, stove and a dishwasher. There is also a
seating area with a sofa and a couple of chairs. 

The upper landing has a TV and a sofa. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There
are three bedrooms, each with it's own color scheme, with five beds plus one extra mattress.
The yellow room is the master bedroom with two beds, each 90x200cm. 
The dark blue room is a slightly smaller bedroom with a bay window facing the sea and a
bunked for two persons. 

The grey-blue room is also a smaller bedroom with a window facing the sea. It has one
120x200 cm bed. There is also a thick mattress that can serve as an extra bed. 
In the basement, which you enter through the garden, there is a washing machine and a
dryer. 
There is a small garden of about 200 square meters facing the port. Here you will find an
outdoor dining area and a grill. 

In the port area there is a small beach and a pier from which you can go swimming. You can
also walk 10-15 minutes to bigger and more secluded sand-beaches. 
If you want to play golf there are 2 18-hole golf courses within walking distance: Lilla Vik and
Djupadal. 

You can take a walk or go jogging along the stunning coastline between Vik and Baskemölla. 
There are many good restaurants and cafés nearby.
