Here you will enjoy the Swedish summer as it should be. In this secluded dreamy property the sea is literally at your feet and whether you like a sandy beach or hanging out at the docks, your needs will be fulfilled.
Apart from enjoying the ocean, there are also amenities such as football goals, Ping pong table and other social games.
The property consists of two houses (named the upper and lower house in picture descriptions). The property is 10 000 square meters large (1 ha) and has a 100 meter shoreline including a small secluded sand-beach and a large dock. It is also possible to rent only the lower or upper house. You will find separate advertisements for this at the bottom of the page.
The lower house has three bedrooms in the main building and two bedrooms with exterior entrances. In the main building, one bedroom has a 160 cm bed and two bedrooms have beds that are 140 cm. One of the bedrooms with external entrances has a 120cm bed while the other has a family bed where the lower bed is 120cm. The lower house has a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a dishwasher. The living room has a cozy fireplace, two sofas and some chairs, perfect for playing a board-game and enjoying the view. There is also a television in the living room, and the house has WiFi. The lower house also has a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. In front of the house, there is a patio with a large dinner table to enjoy the sun setting in the evening. Here there is also a grill. On the back of the house, there is another patio overlooking the garden and lawn, this patio is perfect for breakfast and lunch as the sun will be facing this way in the morning.
The upper house has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160cm bed, the second has two single beds while the third has a bunk bed. The house has a living room with a view of the terrace and the water below. The living room has two couches, a coffee-table, a television and a cozy fireplace. The adjacent newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher) and also has a dining table. The upper house also has a newly renovated bathroom with toilet and shower. Around the house, there is a large patio with a dining table and a grill. The upper house also has a washing machine, tumble dryer and WiFi.
The island which the property is on is called Orrön and is located in the Stockholm archipelago. The island is one of the most outer islands in the archipelago and is right next door to the Nämdö National Park which is planned to open in 2025.
You can get to Orrön either by your own boat or by ferry services from Stavsnäs or Saltsjöbaden, both which are easy to get to from Stockholm city by either car or bus. The neighbouring island Nämdö (approximately 10-15 min by motorboat) has a grocery shop, restaurant and gas station. The online grocery store Mathem can also deliver food all the way to the dock, which is a much appreciated service.
The birdlife in the area is rich and it is not uncommon to see the mighty sea eagle. If you are lucky, you can also see one of the area's gray seals. If you like fishing there is plenty of pike and perch in the waters.
