Charming small farm by river in idyllic location

We are letting out our idyllic traditional Swedish red wooden summer house with white corners. Perfect for people who the person who appreciates the beauty in simplicity surrounded by details of a bygone time. Upstairs there is a double room and a room with three single beds. Downstairs have a single bed in a 'maids chamber' between the the kitchen and living room where you can get cosy by the log fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with running hot and cold water (not winter time), electric hob/cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, essential crockery, utensils etc, filter coffeemaker, kettle, TV, radio/cd player and there are electric radiators in all rooms. There is a modern camping toilet in a private area under the stairs and a traditional privy outhouse. There is an outdoor shower connected to the hot water tank which can be used sparingly, we often wash when swimming in the river Ljusnan at the back of the house on our private land, from the jetty/decked area opposite the pond or in Sveg when visiting the indoor swimming pool. There is a small wood stove sauna by the sundeck from where you can admire the sunset. Large garden with flower meadow by the river with small beach/access to swim and stunning sunsets! There are several of old outbuildings including an ancient timber 'häbre' with up to 5 beds (only to use for those who rents the main house). Beautiful nature surrounds the farm including a woods and water ( river Ljusnan and private water of the lily pond) in a quiet area with other holiday homes. Next doors neighbour is a permanent resident with and a small cottage rental business however the place never feels crowded, there is lots of space for privacy and opportunities to achieve serenity. We are located 5 km from Sveg with all necessary amenities such as shops, restaurants, Cafė Cineast, police, post office, bank, fishing, swimming pool, child friendly beaches, tourist information, camping with mini golf and canoe hire. Byvallen village is on the opposite side of the main road E45 close to the golf club. 45 minutes to the mountains and popular ski resorts with activities such as hiking, cycling and riding. Rentals per week or three nights minimum including your own cleaning during the stay and by departure. You can bring own bedding/towels or rent for Sek 100 per person and stay.
