Beautiful house by the sea

Beautiful house inside Dalviken bay, with a separate loghouse and a sauna on the bridge. The main house (90sqm) with a master bedroom, a single room, one bathroom, living room with fireplace and sea view, dining room with sea view and an extra spacious kitchen. The loghouse (20sqm) accommodates two beds and a fireplace. The property includes a carport (2 spaces), gardens and its own direct access to the sea. It is easily accessible by car but there is also a bus stop 400 metres down the road.
Facilities include:

TV/internet in both houses (starting June 2022)
Bedding and towels available for rent (SEK 200 per set)
2 kayaks available for rent (SEK 100 per day)
Small motor boat available for rent (SEK 1000 per day, fuel excluded)
Fridge stocking possible (SEK 200 plus food cost)
Pick up/drop off possible upon discussion

Guests will tidy up, take out the trash and clean the dishes themselves. A cleaning fee of SEK 1500 is added per stay.
Prices per week:
High season (June, July, August, Christmas-New Year) SEK 22 000 /week
Off season (April, May, September, October) SEK 16 000 /week
Low season (November, December, January, February) SEK 10 000 /week
