Stay comfortably on Österlen - Kivik

Our fresh and lavish guest house is located on the small coastal road between Kivik and Kiviks Musteri. Once called the Gold Coast. 250 m from the sea. 800 m to Stenshuvuds National Park. Quiet and nice but still close to everything. Beds for 2 people in elevation beds. Animals and non-smoking. Stay comfortable and simple as all bed linen and towels etc. included. Final cleaning is also included so you do not have to think about it.

The guest house is located right next to our own property but still private and is 40 sqm and a terrace of 12 sqm that offers early morning sun and afternoon / evening sun. In the middle of the day a little cooling shade on the balcony.

Oiled oak floor with underfloor heating. Visible beams in the ceiling. Dimmable lighting and recessed spotlights. Elevation beds (raise / lower). Renovated vintage fridge / freezer from the 50’s. Fresh tiled toilet with shower and underfloor heating. Easier cooking option with microwave, induction hob, water / coffee maker and other kitchen equipment. Electric grill on the terrace. Bicycles can be borrowed free of charge. Charging of electric car included (230V standard socket).
