Very well-planned apartment (built in 2018) of 64 sqm with a south-facing balcony, fantastic views of Indalsälven and Renfjället. The apartment is located ski in/ski out about 20 meters from Gunillbacken. Outside the house there is a good sledding slope. The apartment is rented out all year round for long weekends or weekly.

Free ski bus to Åre, starting from Tegetornet.

The apartment is 1 floor up with 3 bedrooms and 6-8 beds:

- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and living room with TV
- Bathroom with sauna
- Toilet with washing machine
- Large hall with good storage facilities and a drying cabinet
- Lockable ski storage room at the entrance door and good space for sleds, etc.

- Private parking with engine heater (3-phase glove and a regular outlet for engine heater)
- Possibility to rent "sleeping package" bedding, towel and bath towel.

Price low season, weeks 24-35:
5000-6500 SEK/week

Price high season weeks:
10,000 - 12,000 SEK/week

Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays ore Sundays, for weekly rentals, by arrangement.
Final cleaning is added with 1100 SEK

Jul och nyårsvecka 12 000 kr/vecka inkl städning.
Sportlovsveckor 7-10, 11 500 kr inkl städning.

Under påskperioden finns möjlighet att hyra: från 12/4 tom 21/4 (totalt 9 dagar), eller endast påskhelgdagar (5 dagar) alt lördag till lördag vecka 16 och 17. För pris kontakta oss.
