Cosy cottage in Roslagen near sea and forest

Well-planned and spacious cabin of 57 sqm for four people for rent (with room for two extra people sleeping in sofa bed).

The cabin has a wood-burning stove, conservatory and a large terrace of approximately 60 square meters with lots of sun. This accommodation is perfect for days of hanging out in the sun, playing in the grounds, swimming in the sea and exploring the archipelago and mainland!

About the accommodation: The cabin has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and simple kitchen equipment and has a dining table for 4-5 people.
The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and TV. The sofa can be converted into beds for two people.
The main cabin also includes a cozy conservatory with an electric fireplace and a larger table - perfect for coffee or dinners when the weather doesn't allow for this outside! In the cabin there are also two bathrooms, one with a shower. Please note that both bathrooms have water free toilet solutions (separett) .

Wifi is available. Charging box for electric car is available against charge.

About the cottage: The cottage has a large terrace of about 60 square meters with lots of sun. Outdoor grill is available in connection. The surrounding garden has a lot of sun, but also provides possibility of shade. The garden offers good areas for games and play, as well as berries and flowers such as lilacs, blueberries, currants and raspberries that guests can pick in season. A trampoline and various games such as ”kubb” and beach tennis are available to borrow.

Surroundings: Within walking distance (approx. 10 min) you can reach the nice bathing spot by the sea! Bicycles, for two adults and two (smaller) children, are available to borrow. In a few minutes, you have also made your way by car. The swimming area has a sandy beach, green areas with a playground, jetty and jumping tower. There is also a small marina with boats here, if you want to use your own boat to quickly get out into the archipelago and find bathing islands. Nearby there are several places to discover such as Arholma, Barnens Ö and Lidö.

On the mainland there is also much to discover, e.g. Vätö, the summer towns of Norrtälje and Grisslehamn (where boats go to and from Åland), cozy restaurants such as Väddö gårdsmejeri and Edblads Trädgårdscafe in Gåsvik. Roslagsleden also runs in the area, for instance around Väddö, Norrtälje and Grisslehamn.

In the near surroundings there are several forests. The nearest larger part of the forest, with lots of mushrooms and berries during the summer and autumn months, is located about five minutes' walk away from the cabin.

Note:
- The water comes from our own well and partly also from the community's summer water. One therefore needs to be restrained with water consumption.
- Cleaning cost of SEK 1,500 is added, regardless of rental period.
- Deposit of SEK 1,000 is added, which the tenant gets back when the cottage has been returned and inspected
-Shortest period to rent is five days.
