Terraced house in central Tylösand

Our house is close to beach and golf (200 m to each). The house is total about 150 square meters on three levels, with a bathroom on each floor. Window facing Hotel Tylösand and the sea. Courtyard with playground. The house has a glass-enclosed conservatory and a nice garden with real lawn that is tended by a robot. The house has a powerful broadband.

On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A large living room with proper dining area and sofa corner with TV. Hall, cloakroom and toilet.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms with doubled or two beds in each, a storage room with washing and drying machine and a spacious bathroom.
One bedroom has access to a balcony. In the second bedroom facing the courtyard, there is also a bed for elder child.

On the third floor you will find a spacious studio with sofa bed, electric piano, tasteful furniture and a nice view. Plenty of space for the larger format inflatable air mattress that is available. There is also a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower.

Smoking not allowed. Sheets, pillowcases, towels and cleaning are not included.

There is a carport on the gable facing the sea.

Tylösand's famous beach "Stora stranden" is 2 minutes away. Halmstad Golf Club is also within a short walking distance. In the clubhouse there is a good and affordable lunch and dinner restaurant.

Hotel Tylösand is 100 meters away with a large selection of restaurants, bars, summer concerts and After beach and not least a famous Spa. Several more restaurants are nearby, such as Hygge, Punch, Salt and Flamengo.

The Flygstaden shopping center is 5 km away and a number of grocery stores are also nearby, e.g. ICA in Frösakull and ICA in Söndrum.
