Villa close to citylife and the archipelago

We built our dream home in 2010, which we are very happy in. It is a modern, bright and spacious villa with three bedrooms on the ground floor where our sons live and a master bedroom on the upper floor for us parents. The kitchen is large and spacious with all facilities, we have two dining areas for pleasant socializing indoors and a large terrace with both a sofa group and a dining area as well as a gas grill. Perfect for warm Swedish summer evenings. Flat garden suitable for play and a jacuzzi installed in 2021 where five people can enjoy hot bubble baths. Two bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi. Large living areas and a TV corner with a 70 inch flat screen TV. Fast internet thanks to newly installed broadband. We love our house and hope you will enjoy it.

Skuru is located in Nacka, about 15 minutes from central Stockholm. It is a very quiet and pleasant residential area close to nice green areas and parks. Just five minutes away is a playground where there is a soccer field, tennis court and basketball court. About 30 minutes away begins Stockholm's fantastic archipelago, well worth a visit. The nearest bathing place is less than fifteen minutes' drive away, where there is both a sandy beach and cliffs. Good bus connections to Stockholm and the archipelago. The house is 150 meters from the sea where there is a boat club and a jetty for nice evening and morning dips. Starting the day with a run in the area and then a swim in Skurusundet is highly recommended.
