Seaside summerhouse in northern Öland, Löttorp

A secluded summer house with approx. 300 meters to the sea in northwestern Öland. The main house and guest house are situated on a plot of land with large grassy areas and the sea can be seen beyond the cowsheds from a large lovely terrace with sun all day. Wifi via fiber is available in both the main house and guesthouse. Perfect for remote work.

In the house of approx. 60 square meters there are three bedrooms, one room with a double bed, a bedroom with a 120 cm bed with a sleeping loft and a bedroom with a single bed. The main area in the house is a combined kitchen and living room with a seating area in front of the wood burning stove and TV as well as a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher.
In the house there is a bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine.

The guest house is 25 square meters and has a double bed and a sofa bed for a child. There is a private bathroom with toilet and shower as well as a small fridge and kitchenette.
Possibility to borrow 2 bicycles.

There are two more smaller houses on the plot that contain a carpenter's shed and a sauna, these are not included in the rent and will be locked.

Age limit for primary tenants is minimum 25 years.
