Beautiful, typical holiday house in the heart of Småland for rent. The red wooden house is located directly by Solgenån in the quiet village of Värne and invites you to relax in the middle of Sweden's beautiful nature. Värne is located between Vetlanda and Eksjö, which offers the best shopping opportunities. The private jetty is right by the large garden. With the rowing boat that is included in the rental or with a motor boat (which can be rented separately) you can reach Lake Solgen after about 800 meters, which is about 22 km2 in size. There are excellent fishing opportunities here for pike, zander and perch, but of course also for whitefish. From the garden you can fish in the river, but for other fishing you need a fishing license which can be bought from a neighbour.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a 120 bed. In addition, there is a smaller sofa bed in the hall. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with an electric stove and a wood-burning stove, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a recently renovated living room. The covered porch is a great place to end the day.

From Värne you can make many excursions, e.g. to the filming location for "Emil from Lönneberga", to the former copper/nickel mine "Kleva Gruva", to the Kingdom of Glass, to Astrid Lindgren's world, to several moose parks and much more.

- Electricity is billed separately according to consumption.
- Final cleaning: SEK 800. Alternatively, you can clean the house yourself.
- 30% of the rent is paid at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid two weeks before arrival.
- Deposit on arrival: SEK 1,500 for the house, SEK 1,500 and SEK 2,500 respectively for the 4 hp and 15 hp motorboat, which is refunded if everything is OK
- Bed linen and towels can be booked for SEK 150 per person.
