House Tjörn is rented weekly

Cozy holiday home in Röra is rented weekly during the summer.

The cottage is in a scenic and rural location. Walking distance to nice swimming where there is both a sandy beach, bathing ladders and nice smooth rocks.

Layout:
Entrance floor consists of kitchen, living room and bathroom. The living room has an open floor plan with access to a large balcony with a beautiful view. Newly renovated tiled bathroom with shower.
The upper floor has two bedrooms with double beds and a smaller bedroom with a 120 cm bed. There is also a family room on the upper floor.
Wifi with fiber is available.

It is close to many excursion destinations. The cozy coastal community of Skärhamn with the Watercolor Museum, the Art and Sculpture Park in Pilane and Sundsby Manor with hiking and a café in a beautiful historic setting. Take the passenger ferry from Rönnäng and visit the islands of Dyrön and Åstol. There are nice walks, bathing opportunities, cafes and restaurants. For those who play golf, Tjörn has a nice golf club.

Age limit is 27 years. Smoking and fur animals are not allowed.

Vacuuming and cleaning is done before the house is left by the tenant.
