On the island of Blidö in the archipelago of Stockholm is this charming newly built wooden villa of 80 sqm with over 100 sqm terrace around the house and a Jacuzzi which is heated all year round! A fantastic location with proximity to grocery store (2 km), the harbor/restaurant (300 m) and steamboat dock (300 m). Soccer field, cinema, outdoor gym, Church, boule court, paddle court/mingling golf with restaurant is also available on the island. Open floor plan with a cozy fireplace. A place suitable for both elderly, younger and families with children!

Blidö is an amazingly charming island in the north part of the archipelago. You can easily get here by your own car, bus or boat from Stockholm or Arlanda. The ferry to Blidö runs every half hour all year round. The property has a lovely open floor plan with up to 9 sleeping places. The big room has a 4 meter ceiling height with big windows facing the terrace and nature. Bedroom 1 in the house has a queen bed and the smaller bedroom has a single bed. There are 2 lofts of about 15 sqm that only have 1.5m in ceiling height. However, both lofts each have 2 single beds. The property also has a charming little house of 9 sqm related to the terrace. There is one sofa bed for 2 people with networks and electricity.
The kitchen is a natural gathering point in the house where the kitchen island is a place to cook while hanging out with friends and family. Or why not cook while watching a movie on TV?

During the summer, the well-recovered terrace serves as an extra house. On the terrace is the sunken jacuzzi, lounge sofas/chairs and dining table. As the terrace goes around the house, you will always find a sun spot or shade spot during the day. The jacuzzi is heated year around to 38-40 degrees. You can take a relaxing bath on a secluded part of the terrace overlooking the meadows. On the terrace there is a barbecue available for cooking during lovely summer evenings. The house has a heat pump that can handle cold winters well as hot summer days via AC.

Parking at the house. Car charger for electric cars is available in the house at an additional cost. (Note: we now live in the house so some furniture will change like the nursery and plants)
