Cozy house in Pauliström, Småland

Our vacation home, built in 1961, is located in the small village Pauliström, situated on the Småland's highland, surrounded by a fantastic landscape, and with cities like Vetlanda about 30km away, and Vimmerby 40 km away. Here are a lot of nice fishing possibilities, and golf courses within reasonable distance. About 30 km from Pauliström is Kettilsås, a good skiing facility with lift. In the forests around the house there are lingonberries, blueberries and various types of mushrooms in season.
The house is fully equipped with one bedroom with a double bed, and in a separate bedroom with two single beds.
In the basement there are two bedrooms with one double bed in each.
Bring your own bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and towels.
The kitchen, in 60's standard, is equipped with modern stove, microwave oven, coffe maker, water boiler, fridge and freezer.
5 chairs and a table are in the kitchen.
Toilet and shower is on the main floor, and toilet, shower cabin and washer & dryer is in the basement.
One living room with couch and two armchairs + TV with only the free channels.
Broadband with Wifi included.
Porch equipped with two chairs and a table and a small bench. Here is also a small hibachi grill. Along the house is a patio with four armchairs, a sofa, and a big table. Big lawn for games and fun.
A nice lake, Ramsen, for swimming, with a bridge, approx. 1 km from the house, with a deer fence nearby. Parking available and simpler dressing rooms and outhouse toilet by the lake.
Here is also a jogging trail, approx. 2,5 km.
Weekly price,:7000 kr/week
Deposit for new tenants 1000 kr which is refunded after an approved inspection of the landlord.
