The summer house has two bedrooms, one with a built-in bunk bed and the other with a 120 cm bed. In the kitchen there is a dining area, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small veranda with a table and hammock. living room with sofa bed and dining table. Fire ban in the fireplace. The living room has access to a patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Bathroom with sink, wc and shower cubicle. Fast wifi is available. Washing machine in basement.

The nearest grocery store is five minutes away by car in the center of Frillesås. It takes five minutes by car to reach Stråvalla sandy beach (kilometre-long beach with sand dunes, long shallows), the beach has a large parking lot, but there is also a nice walking path there that takes about 20 minutes. The road is part of the Kattegattleden cycle path. On the beach there is a kiosk, shower, wc, beach volleyball net, boules courts and a playground and long bathing jetty. And the marina next door is great for crab fishing. Near Frillesås there are two beaches with rocks in between, one beach offers a cafe and rents out surfboards and kayaks. Between Frillesås and Åsa lies Rågelund, a dog-friendly beach that is one of the west coast's best spots for kitesurfing.

It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Varberg and Kungsbacka, about 45 minutes to Gothenburg. It is also possible to get to Ullared, Åstad, Stättared's 4H farm, Åkulla beech woods, Tjolöholm castle, etc.
