ABOUT THE GUEST APARTMENT
The residence is a separate part of a larger log house villa but with its own entrance and is on 2 floors with a total of approx. 70 sqm, fully furnished (not exactly as in the pictures). Veranda surrounds the house on 2 sides, in season there is a gas grill and outdoor furniture, large lawn.

Floor 1; With entrance via the veranda, you are greeted by a bright, rustic and spacious kitchen, equipped with everything you could want for cooking and socializing. Induction hob, convection oven, microwave, fridge & freezer, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, crockery and basic spices. Dining area for 4 people.

Floor 2; In an open plan living room and bedroom are combined, furniture may look different but includes sofa, armchair, coffee table, SMART TV. 2 x 80 double bed + 2 single beds. Bureau and 2 wardrobes. Bathroom with shower + washing machine.

ABOUT THE AREA
The guest apartment is in beautiful Böckerskogen, the area is well known for its collection of older log houses. Here you have miles-wide views to the south over Bjäre's open and rural landscape. The property has immediate proximity to hiking and biking trails, golf clubs; Båstad GK (2 km), Bjäre GK (3km), Torekov GK (11km), Åkagården GK (9km).
