Enjoyable summer villa in Klagshamn

This beautiful Skåne summer villa lies within walking distance to the sea, our local lake and the nature reserve. This is the gem that both children and adults enjoy. Next door to the house is a popular diving tower in the water-filled limestone quarry, a playground for the smaller children and a football pitch for the older children. In Klagshamn you will also find a cozy marina and beaches along the Öresund coast. If you go by car, you reach Skanör/Falsterbo - or why not Denmark – in 20 minutes.
The house is 217 sqm and has several large and social areas. In total there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra WC. The kitchen is well equipped and dinners for up to 12 people work great. The house was built in 2016 and thus in very good condition. Depending on how many adults and children, we recommend the house for 6-8 people.
The house has a green garden with lawn, large wooden deck with barbecue and outdoor furniture and trampoline for the children. Currants, rhubarb and raspberries, depending on the season, just help yourself in the garden. The house is located in a fantastic location on the outskirts of a residential area with direct proximity to nature. Our own favourite is probably the summer bath in the limestone quarry, about 50 meters from the house, and preferably after a run on Klagshamn's cape!

Last but not least - final cleaning is always included in the rent!
