House in the countryside close to the sea

A modern house close to the sea with a lot of light and 5 meters to the ceiling. The house is located in the countryside surrounded by rock, oak trees and meadows with a few other cottages in the surroundings.

The house is located in a quiet area on Tjörns south coast with 500 m to bathing rocks and 750 m to a small sandy beach. It is about 10 km to Rönnäng, about 13 km to Skärhamnt and about 20 km to Stenungsund.

The house has a big light combined kitchen and living room with a height to the ceiling of 5 m, two bedrooms, a tiled bathroom and a big loft with a double bed and a TV-corner. There is a big kitchen area with an induction cooktop, modern oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A kitchen table with room for 6 people. Tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The living room area has a sofa, two armchairs and a wood burning fire. The size of the house is 60 square meters, excluding a larger loft. On the bottom floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, a hallway and a tiled bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. Outside the house there is a big wooden deck facing south and west with a big conservatory towards the south. The conservatory is furnished with a corner sofa, an armchair, a diningtable and 6 chairs. On the out door deck there is a table, 6 chairs and a barbeque. The garden is largely made up of a lawn, fruit trees and berry bushes.

There is broadband internet.

Less than 1 h north of Gothenburgh.

We only rent out our house full weeks.

Surroundings:
The house lays secluded in a quiet area. Besides being able to swim in the sea within walking distance there is a 18-hole golf course 4 km from the house and it is 13 km to Skärhman with the Nordic water colour museum (Nordiska akvarellmuseet), restaurants, shops, farmacy etc. Pilane Sculpture park and Sundsby säteri are also nice places to visit within 15 km from the house.
