Here you live close to nature with bicycle paths and a short walk from Norsälven, where you can fish for salmon, trout and zander, among other fishes.

The accommodation
Own entrance to the apartment.
Outside the entrance there is a private small patio but the entire front garden is available to guests. (Back garden is private)

Open floor plan between kitchen and living room, where there is a dining table, sofa, smart TV etc
Closet is in the hallway

Breakfast packages can be purchased and included:
Eggs 6-pack
Juice 1L
Milk 1.5L
Butter
Cheese
Salami
Bread 6 rolls
The breakfast package costs 300 sek (30 euros) and is paid on arrival.

If you want a bit of pulse, the center of Karlstad is only a 15-minute drive away with restaurants, bar, shopping and much more.

Coop supermarket is 8 minutes away by car.
Bicycles are available.

NOTE: The railway goes directly outside, but it is not so busy
