3 small houses on an island-at peace in the green

We rent out our summer houses, which together form a whole. They are located on a small island, Södra Lagnö, between Ingarö and Värmdö close to the archipelago of Stockholm. You get to the island with our boat, so you must have boating experience. The bus from Stockholm stops at the marina (430X), but your own car is recommended. There is no shop on the island, so you have to buy what you need to eat with you. The houses are located close to each other on a large plot with basically no visibility. The site is partly mountainous, but the houses are on a flat surface. They consist of a friggebod 15 sqm (bedroom) with a 140 bed, a newly built attic house 25 sqm (living room) with sofa bed and convertible sofa and another house 20 sqm (kitchen) fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and hotplates and with seating for 4 - 6 people. The living room and kitchen are connected by a spacious terrace with a dining area. Newly built, fresh outdoor terrace and outdoor shower available. Within walking distance of the grounds are two public child-friendly swimming areas and a nature reserve where a herd of sheep keeps the landscape open. There are usually plenty of lingonberries, blueberries and mushrooms in the forests. Nearby on the mainland are two golf courses and two shopping centres.
