Unique accomodation Snårestad, Ystad

10 km west of Ystad and only 3 km from a wonderful beach, half of a pitoresque house is rented weekly.
Approx. 140 sqm, 3 bedrooms and 5 beds (+ possibly 1 extra bed if needed), large "outdoor room" with table for 8, living room/open kitchen (including dishwasher), shower room/wc downstairs and also a smaller wc upstairs. Beautiful and large garden, with two patios - in the south and east. Several parking spaces, charcoal grill, washing machine, Wifi, TV (only good reception for TV4), 3 bicycles for loan.

Bed linen and towels are not included (but can possibly be rented, in case of problems contact the landlord).

Final cleaning is performed by the guest but the service can be purchased.

Dogs are accepted

For rent Saturday 13.00 until the following Saturday at 11.00

Preferably rented for longer periods during August-September (weeks 32-40)
1 week SEK 8,000
2 weeks SEK 14,000
3 weeks SEK 19,000
4 weeks SEK 23,000

A deposit of 1500 SEK is returned at departure, assuming all is in order.
