Åre mountain pad - luxury apartment by the vm8!

The newly built and exclusive Åre View – a luxurious corner apartment with carefully selected interior details, creating a welcoming and personal ambiance. Here, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and Åre Lake, all while staying right by the VM8 lift. The apartment is just a short walk from Åre village, with its charming restaurants, shopping, and amenities. For ski enthusiasts, it’s just a quick glide to the slopes, with family-friendly areas and cross-country trails in Rödkullen, Ullådalen, and Duved only five minutes away by car.

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable and stylish stay, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering all the comforts you need to feel at home.

Bedroom layout:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (180 cm), wardrobe, and dresser.
Bedroom 2: Single bed (105 cm), wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (90 cm and 105 cm), wardrobe.

The bathrooms are modern, both with showers, WC, and underfloor heating. The living room and kitchen area includes a modern kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and wine cooler. There’s a dining area for five and a cozy seating area for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Practical information:

- Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. If these dates don’t work, let us know, and we’ll try to accommodate.
- Indoor parking is available (150 SEK per day).
- Cleaning fee: 2000 SEK.
- Quality Bed linens and towels are available to rent for 295 SEK per person, with the option to have the beds made upon arrival.
