Cottage in a peaceful location in Sormland

Cozy cottage situated in a secluded spot on our countryside farm, offering a peaceful and tranquil environment.
The cottage is approximately 65 square meters, featuring two bedrooms and a combined kitchen and living room.
There is a bathroom with a shower cabin and an incinerating toilet.
An additional small guest cabin is available with two extra beds (bunk bed).
Swimming lakes are located nearby, about 15 minutes away by car.
The cottage is located roughly 17 kilometers north of Nyköping, where you can find everything, the town offers such as a cinema, shopping, mini golf, bowling, and more.

In the nearby village, about 4 kilometers from the cottage, there's a small Coop grocery store and a pizzeria. Stendörren Nature Reserve is also within easy reach, offering opportunities to swim from the cliffs and walk on hiking trails with suspension bridges and lookout towers.
Barbecue areas are also available there.

Trosa, about 30 kilometers away, is a charming little harbor town where you can play adventure golf, stroll along the harbor, and dine at a cozy restaurant or café.

Dogs are welcome, but not on furniture or beds.
Bed linen and towels can be rented for 150 SEK per set, or you can bring your own.
The cottage must be cleaned before departure unless you choose the final cleaning service for 1500 SEK. (Please note: Dishwashing is not included in the final cleaning service and must be done by guests.)
