A wonderful ocean place 1 hour from Stockholm

A wonderful ocean place in the best position west of the island Revlingen just
outside the West Lagnö on the eastern part of Ljusterö, with only boat connection
(5 minutes by boat from the parking), 10,000 m2 plot adjacent to the major
recreational unbuilt. A wonderful environment for swimming, fishing and recreation,
smaller boat with 15 HKR engine included (a bigger boat can be rented), 2 km to the kiosk and gasoline in Klint
Strait, private beach and its own jetty, refrigerator, freezer, patio, microwave,
washingmachine, dishwasher, shower, toilet. Color TV, WiFi, empty beach, outdoor
furniture, grills, houses 60 m2 with terrace facing the sea (2 bedroms and 4 beds,
living room with 2 exstra spare beds) + guest house 10 m2 (2 beds), 1 hour car to
Stockholm.

Equipment: Refrigerator, freezer, stove with oven, microwave, stove fan, shower,
toilet, washing machine, color TV, DVD, Stereo, WiFi, patios, garden furniture, barbecue,
beach lot, Small Boat included (15 hp) and Optimist sailing boat. Sailingboat (4 to 5
people) and kayaks for rent. We rent Sunday to Sunday. We have rented our house every summer since 2004 and we have had many satisfied tenants.


Directions:
From Stockholm to Åkersberga, continue north to Östanå. Take the carferry (takes 5 minutes and it departs several times per hour). On
Ljusterö travel to Östra Lagnö/ Västra Lagnö (8 km). 50 meters after Roslagens
Pärla turn left. 200 meters on this road to the carpark. We will meet you at the carpark and help you over to the island with all your luggage.
